REDMOND, WA, June 29, 2022<\/strong> — Pattern Computer Inc. (PCI) is pleased to announce that Ken Goldman and Jan Eric Bolt, Esq. have been elected to the newly expanded Board of Directors for Pattern Computer. Ken Goldman joined Pattern Computer as consulting CFO immediately after retiring from his prior position as CFO of Yahoo!. Jan Eric Bolt, is currently founder and managing partner of Bolt Law, a Santa Rosa, California law practice.<\/p>\n Ken Goldman’s career spans decades of building companies and taking them public. He is the former CFO of Yahoo!, responsible for their global financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury and investor relations. Prior to Yahoo!, he served most recently as CFO at Fortinet, Inc. and Siebel Systems. Ken has served on the Board of Directors of dozens of corporations, of which more than 10 have gone public while he was a board member. He also currently serves on the board of directors of Fortinet, Ridge Lane, NXP Semiconductor, Trinet, RingCentral, Zuora, GoPro, Inc. and serves or has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University, Harvard Business School California Research Center Advisory Board, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB’s), and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC). In addition, Ken is president of Hillspire, Eric Schmidt’s dedicated family office.<\/p>\n Jan Eric Bolt has a distinguished career in the law, including a private law practice, primarily in litigation, in Santa Rosa, California, for the past 43 years.
